• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on iOS devices. • Mentor team members and act as a role model. • Collaborate with various departments to deliver quick and effective solutions that meet customer expectations and maintain top-tier quality. • Develop solution strategies for complex technical issues, share knowledge with the team, and progress together. • Identify customers’ product needs and usage benefits to offer the most suitable options and encourage new product adoption. • Resolve technical malfunctions to strengthen customers’ relationship with Apple and ensure a seamless experience. • Evaluate user feedback to enhance service processes and contribute to customer-focused innovations.
• Plan and implement appropriate training programs to enhance team competencies, create an effective learning environment, and support continuous development. • Monitor training processes closely, analyze completion rates, prepare reports, and present them regularly to the Employee Experience Manager. • Identify development areas within the team, organize strategic meetings in collaboration with department managers, and drive the team to achieve peak performance. • Conduct orientation training for new team members, introduce them to Apple’s culture, provide guidance and leadership, and ensure a strong adaptation process. • Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager to effectively manage interview processes for new positions. • Work closely with the Employee Experience Manager to plan and execute organizational and planning processes strategically, ensuring efficient and successful company events and operations.
