Şölen had a collaboration with the Ozyegin University and gave real worl problem needed to be solved to the students and evaluate the solutions that associates has presented. In the project, the students have to apply what they learned in the Faculty of Business Administration and their solutions had to be approved by Şölen company managers. It is expected from students that ability to execute product development and deciding the marketing,pricing,distribution channel decisions from the ground. As a product developer, ı establish a subbrand for the company with different segment,targeting and positioning objectives to deepen the penetration in the domestic market.
