I work at the intersection of identity, agency, cognition, and systems — in theory and in practice. My work examines how identity coheres, fragments, and reintegrates under relational and institutional pressure, and what happens when people are required to make high-impact decisions inside systems that were not designed for them. I am the author of AERAC (Anchor • Echo • Resonance • Agency • Cognition), an interdisciplinary identity framework exploring coherence and meaning-making under constraint. The framework is explicitly non-clinical, process-based, and concerned with structure rather than diagnosis or moral judgment. It is now published and archived as part of the academic record. I did not arrive at this work through a traditional academic pathway. I arrived through application. In practice, I work as: • an advisor for mid- to late-career professionals and businesses, navigating high-impact decisions, ethical inflection points, leadership transitions, and identity disruption under pressure • a paralegal and legal services provider, working directly with individuals inside complex institutional systems • a writer and thought leader, with published work spanning identity, systems, and power • a songwriter, producer and artist, with music distributed across all major platforms. • and the founder of multiple independent businesses across legal services, consulting, creative work, and research-driven projects These domains are not separate. They are how the same framework operates under different conditions. AERAC is the structure beneath my consulting work, my legal practice, my writing, my music, and my advocacy. I place work when it coheres. My interests include: • identity and cognition • agency under constraint • executive decision-making under pressure • interdisciplinary frameworks • narrative, power, and institutional design I engage with policymakers, researchers, technologists, journalists, executives, and organizational leaders who are interested in how people maintain integrity — and lose it — inside modern systems. I publish scholarly research under my legal name, Tina Pierson.
I provide strategic advisory and brand consulting using two complementary frameworks: Anchor & Echoes and AERAC. The work supports leaders, creators, and organizations navigating complexity, growth, or institutional pressure—where clarity, coherence, and sound judgment matter more than tactics. Using Anchor & Echoes, I help clients establish a clear source of truth—the anchor—such as a brand position, offer, or strategic direction. From there, we design adaptive expressions (echoes) across platforms, and systems, allowing communication and execution to scale without diluting meaning or identity. Strategy remains fixed at the source; flexibility occurs at the edges. AERAC functions as a diagnostic and advisory model. It is used to assess what is actually true (anchor), how information and behavior propagate through a system (echoes), what is resonating or misfiring (resonance), where agency has been constrained or displaced (agency), and how decisions are being made under pressure (cognition). This makes distortion visible and restores alignment between intent, action, and outcome. Engagements are intentionally contained and focused. The work emphasizes clarity over performance, judgment over speed, and coherence over noise. Rather than offering templates or generalized advice, I work with clients to identify what matters, where signal has been lost, and what decisions genuinely need to be made. This approach is particularly effective for experienced leaders and organizations operating inside complex environments—where scale, visibility, or systemic dynamics make traditional coaching insufficient. The outcome is clearer strategy, stronger alignment, and decisions that hold under real-world conditions.
As an emerging independent artist, I write, produce, and release original music. My work blends emotional storytelling with cinematic pop and alt-R&B influences, drawing from lived experience, trauma recovery, and a deep commitment to truth in art. I handle the full creative pipeline myself — from lyrics and vocal direction to conceptual design, branding, distribution, and strategy. My debut releases, including the single Silent Bombs and the EP Scorecard Deluxe, were created using a hybrid workflow of traditional songwriting and AI-assisted vocals. This allows me to bring complex emotional narratives to life without a studio or label, while maintaining artistic control over every element. This role also includes: • Creative direction & visual branding for singles, EP artwork, and motion teasers • Metadata, publishing, and distribution management across Spotify, Apple Music, and major platforms • Audience development & storytelling, using narrative-driven content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube • AI-assisted music production, including vocal modeling, mixing, and arrangement • Independent marketing, PR, and release strategy, including press kits, bios, and rollout plans • Advocacy-driven artistry, merging survivor storytelling with music as a form of empowerment and social awareness My goal is to build a distinctive artistic identity that connects deeply, expands representation for survivors, and uses music as both creative expression and a catalyst for change.
