My work consisted of managing the company’s user research efforts, conducting interviews, brainstorming new features with both product and engineering, creating product wireframes and planning out user tests for live features as well as product prototypes. I was also responsible for defining our UX strategy, re-working our value proposition to be more user-focused, and studying/improving customer touchpoints.
Throughout ADstruc’s first year of existence, I built and helped maintain both back-end and front-end as well as contributed to the improvement of the general design and UX of the platform.
