Created cross-branded marketing campaigns for Toyota with other current Olympic/Paralympic partners. Conducted a Qualtrics survey with over 100 participants to gather data, in addition to leading focus groups with local dealers to enhance grassroots and local marketing efforts for Toyota.
• Supporting Director in efforts to provide optimal programming for student-athletes to succeed beyond competition by developing events focusing on career skills, leadership, mental health, and identity. • Creating and monitoring content on social media accounts for the department, resulting in a 20% increase in followers and engagement.
I led the student-athletes at SMU in community service endeavors and aimed to enhance the student-athlete experience. I communicated with the athletics staff at SMU along with the American Athletic Conference schools. I sat on the SMU Board of Trustees and Athletics Council as well as the American Athletic Conference SAAC.
Assisted Director of Development with daily tasks and tracked donor support. Led individual projects onsite to develop the ATF brand and managed visitor relationships. Experienced the most inspirational and meaningful work with adaptive athletes "defying impossible."
