Enhance the company's travel management by providing effective travel solutions Supervise all processes in relation with travel arrangements worldwide Responsible for the daily operation and tasks planning Training the team in new techniques and skills to ensure their competence Deal with legal passengers operational matters and regulations Develop and administer the corporate travel policy ensuring compliance Day to day budget responsibility Assist the Head of Travel Services with statistical analysis and reporting of travel expenditures Input by creation, testing and update of eTravel IT booking tool
Responsible for the operation planning and task of the business unit Train and coach the team Make sure the reservations for business travellers are done efficiently Complete any service requests and sell related products such as car hire, hotels & transfers. Make the customer aware of their company travel policy, and communicate this to ensure adherence. Ensure customer traveller profiles and details are accurate Provide advice on visa, passport and security requirements Make recommendations for improvement to processes, technical or otherwise, to ensure maximum quality and efficiency.
