Strategic HR Partner for Business Leaders and Teams in Marketing, Media, Communications, and Legal functions across France and Benelux markets.
- Talent Acquisition: Led the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing/screening and interviewing to job offers for various roles across Europe. - HR Administration: Managing the onboarding and off-boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. In charge of tracking and advising on absenteeism, FTEs, and providing payroll data for salary adjustments and employment contracts. - HR Projects: Reporting and audits on retention, performance, engagement, and absenteeism. In charge of providing data for actions, decisions and case follow-ups across departments. - Employer Branding: Promoting the company brand through job postings and content creation on LinkedIn and the careers website. - Creation and promotion of internal events for employees.
- Regional Recruitment Support: Screening and interviewing process at the Group and Maison levels across 8 European markets (including the UK and Switzerland), and across different seniority levels. Actively sourcing candidates to fulfil specific organisational needs. - HR Projects: Lead on a project aimed at enhancing brand awareness within the luxury industry. Alumni project initiative, monthly database clean-ups and global Talent Acquisition projects. - Employer Branding: Job postings and content promotion on LinkedIn and the company's website and a project aimed at enhancing brand awareness within the luxury industry. - Technical Skills: SAP/SuccessFactors (TA processes), Microsoft Excel (reports) and LinkedIn Recruiter (recruitment and candidate search)
