At Stockholm Business Region, my focus is international talent attraction. We want to make sure that highly skilled professionals know Stockholm is actively looking for them. The companies here depend on global talent to compete and grow. My background includes several years managing the EURES network in Sweden and collaborating with partners across Europe, overseeing compliance with EU labour market regulations and working closely with the EU Commission. I’ve always believed in the power of labour mobility, and spent a lot of that time making the case for why moving countries for work is worth exploring. Years of working with recruitment and executive search across multiple countries have given me a hands-on understanding of what employers need when it comes to skills and finding people who will stay and thrive
Overseeing the EURES network, including coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of membership activities. Building and maintaining relationships with EURES member organisations working with European labour mobility, whilst also collaborating with other EURES offices across Europe. Developing and implementing strategies for skills supply for European labour mobility and promoting EURES services in Sweden. Planning and implementing training activities, seminars and conferences for EURES staff in Sweden.
