With a background spanning executive recruitment and enterprise tech sales, I bring a commercial mindset and international perspective to every engagement. Fluent in Italian and English, and proficient in Spanish and Dutch, I have worked across multiple European markets, building relationships with senior business and technology leaders. My professional journey began in a hypergrowth recruitment startup, where I operated in a full 360 recruitment capacity, combining business development, client acquisition, and executive search. I specialized in placing senior fintech executives at "Head of" level and above and was later entrusted with launching and scaling the firm's Nordic business, building a new client base from scratch while leading and mentoring a team of six consultants. Building on this commercial foundation, I transitioned into enterprise technology sales at MongoDB. I initially supported strategic UK&I accounts across Retail, Telecommunications, and Healthcare before progressing into an Account Executive role focused on Financial Services. Today, I work with one of the world's largest financial institutions, helping them modernize critical platforms, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate innovation through data and application modernization initiatives. I enjoy working at the intersection of business strategy and technology, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and helping organizations solve complex challenges that deliver measurable business outcomes.
