I lead and oversee the development and implementation of WE LEAD’s programs and initiatives, which offer participants essential business and tech skills, mentorship, job opportunities, and networking, aiming to create equal opportunities for women to shape the future of everything. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations, I have helped startups and large organizations globally build strong brands and raise awareness. I have led the marketing and communications strategy for Dialectica, a leading information services company, and Blueground, a tech-enabled hospitality startup, in multiple markets and regions. I have also built and managed teams from scratch, established strong media relationships, and created impactful brand identities and CSR strategies.
