I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and in 2015 I moved to Washington, DC, to attend Georgetown University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2019. Shortly after, I moved to Amsterdam to pursue opportunities in Technical Recruitment. I began my career at Talent.io in January 2020 as a Talent Advocate Intern and Tech Talent Sourcer. After completing two internships, I transitioned into a full-time Talent Advocate role, focusing on helping tech professionals find their ideal roles. In April 2021, I joined Sendcloud as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, working closely with departments such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to meet their hiring goals. In May 2023, I joined Optiver as a Recruiter, where I focus on hiring for our Business Operations and Control departments, helping support the firm’s growth and operational excellence.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I partnered with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to meet diverse hiring needs. I managed the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating processes, and negotiating offers, while also working with Talent Success, Talent Support, and hiring managers to improve recruitment practices and deliver a smoother candidate experience.

As a Talent Advocate, I supported candidates through the hiring process with tailored coaching and guidance, partnered with Client Executives to finalize placements, and contributed to platform improvements and community initiatives.
Started at Talent.io as a Tech Talent Sourcer, focusing on software engineering talent in Amsterdam. Leveraged sourcing tools to attract candidates to the platform and piloted new strategies to improve alignment with market needs.
Summer Internship for College Students • Shadowed Private Bankers during client meetings and team meetings. • Assisted both Asset Managers and Private Bankers with ongoing projects. • Gained exposure to a broad array of investment instruments and asset management tactics.
Junior Internship for High School Students • Contributed to advertising campaigns for Vodafone and Kit Kat. • Worked together with other interns to come up with innovative ways to advertise online. • Presented our work and propositions to the entire company on the final day of the internship.
