👩🏻🔬 Passionate about science, innovation, and project management in cosmetics and dermocosmetics, I am currently a Clinical Project Manager Intern at L’Oréal. 🎓 With a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Innovation Management (CPE Lyon & emlyon business school), I combine strong scientific expertise with a solid understanding of innovation processes and project leadership. 🌍 One year in Toronto as an R&I Formulation Intern, combined with exchange experiences in Canada, the USA, and Denmark, strengthened my ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams. 💡 Organized, curious, and proactive, I thrive in driving innovation projects, transforming scientific insights into structured, high-impact solutions. 🚀 Open to new professional opportunities starting July/September 2026, always ready for new challenges! 📩 Feel free to contact me at [email protected]
• Led end-to-end in vivo clinical studies (proof of concept (POC) & knowledge studies) in collaboration with Institut Pasteur from study design to result exploitation • Oversaw regulatory and operational activities including GDPR compliance, protocol writing, data privacy coordination, study documentation, and Ethics Committee submission preparation • Coordinated multiple stakeholders (internal teams, CROs, external experts & suppliers), ensuring study progress and compliance • Presented project updates in French and English to international teams and organized 15+ expert meetings to support project advancement
One-year R&I and formulation internship in color cosmetics and skincare, focused on innovative research and complex formulation • Development of new formulas in skincare and makeup, including mascaras, sticks, serums, cleansers, creams, liquid eyeshadows, SPF products, and more • Gained expertise in complex formulations such as mascaras (challenging texture, application, and performance requirements) and sticks (smooth application, color payoff, long-lasting durability) • Conducted innovative research projects (design of experiments, DOE), exploring new ingredients, actives, and chemical systems • Reformulated existing products due to discontinued raw materials or regulatory changes, ensuring compliance while preserving performance • Conducted physicochemical tests and stability studies, ensuring product quality • Developed deep knowledge of formulation processes, balancing innovation, performance, and regulatory constraints • Collaborated with cross-functional and international teams, managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strengthened technical writing and reporting skills, using internal documentation software (Coptis, Smartsheet, etc.) • Tackled challenges of advanced formulas, exploring new actives and technologies
Research project on the formulation of liposomes charged by sticky ions, carried out within the framework of the Chemical Engineering program at CPE Lyon in collaboration with the laboratories of LAGEPP • Formulation of liposome and lamellar phase samples with non-ionic surfactants (Oleth-2, Oleth-10) and water, with/without sticky ions (polyoxometallates: phosphotungstic acid) • Study of adsorption of sticky ions on neutral liposomes to charge them and make them surface-adherent • Analysis of the impact of sticky ions on the swelling of lamellar phases • Study of the ternary phase diagram of Oleth-2 / Oleth-10 / water • Characterization of physicochemical properties: liposome size, diameter, surface electrical potential; lamellar interlamellar distances (Bragg angles) • Stability tests on liposomes over 3 weeks, with/without sticky ions, using microscopy and granulometry • Analytical techniques: polarizing optical microscopy, granulometry (diameter, zeta potential), XRD, IR spectroscopy • Writing of a scientific report and oral presentation of results
Project presentation pitch in front of the executive committee of Nature&Découvertes France at the headquarters located in Versailles (France)
• Developed a fictional start-up offering an audio device to help reduce mobility loss • Tasks included business plan writing, market research, interviews with professionals (researchers, physiotherapists, educators, designers) as well as target users, and a final pitch to a jury
