Hi, I'm Elena. I build teams and strategies that help Customers get real results. Currently, as VP of Customer Success at AlisQI, I lead a combined team of people and AI agents partnering closely with Operations Leaders and Plant Managers and we are doing a pretty good job turning Quality Intelligence into a strategic growth lever for manufacturing companies. I've spent over a decade in SaaS organisations, in various roles but always with Customers at the centre, and I still love it. My work blends empathy, a focus on operational excellence, and the unshakable belief that Customer Success is a true revenue driver for any business. I like AI, but I like people better and I keep doing my part to helping elevate the next generation of female leaders. Originally from the island of Sardinia, I've lived in 4 countries and I’m endlessly curious about anthropology, photography, and the sea. When I’m not talking with customers or my team, you’ll find me getting lost in a new city, hunting down good espresso, or testing the limits of my camera roll.
