Customer segmentation which segments the current and potential market by customer insights & WM experience & specialty, and then design different programs according to the needs of different tier. 3. Professional Education: set up the WM university training system to different learner profile and manage NTC and RTC and Global WM proctors accordingly. 4. Clinical Marketing: cooperates with KOLs to design ISRs in cooperation with MA and push the good result of the clinical trials by managing the ISRs with CRC. 5. Oversea program which cooperates with global marketing team to set up the communication between Chinese and international WM top KOLs. 6. Other tasks assigned by leaders

公司专业教育部门 1.课程开发：结合市场及销售需求开发符合临床医生需求的培训课程。 2.课程实施：执行并完善HCP专业教育课程，建立课程评估流程，制定并不断优化实施SOP，持续改进课程质量，提升课程效果。 3.课程体系搭建：组建团队，整合One JNJ资源，利用线上线下及移动平台，构建临床医生外科手术技能提升等课程体系 4.M-Learning：与供应商合作开发相应的Mobile课程，为线下课程的提供良好的线上互动及评估。 5.E-Learning：与供应商合作开发相应的E-Learning课程，如E-Module，E-Class，Procedure Library等。 6.BP(Business Partner)：曾担任Ethicon，MIP，Trauma的BP，现任神经外科事业部BP，很好的与业务部门展开合作。 7.内部TTT课程培训讲师。
