I worked at Shopee alongside many kind and helpful supervisors, who roped me in and taught me how to sort parcels and manage bulky items. I was assigned to a lane weekly and was tasked to ensure that work was done correctly, such as scanning the correct parcel and sorting them into the right places, to ensure that there would be no issue with the delivery later on.
I worked at AURAHERA and was taught the necessary marketing skills on how to attract customers and what I should do or say to ensure they are interested in our products. I've also learned how to do stock count, write sales receipts as well as wrap up the product for our customers. Additionally, I have also learned how to deal with guest inquiries appropriately.
