• Co-authored and published papers on predicting response times in processor-sharing queues, the interpolations of queuing disciplines, and predicting the overlap times of jobs in queues.
· Re-worked course framework to transition from being R-based to Python-based for Engineering Probability and Statistics class. · Created assignments, recitation plans, and an interactive web-based model to aid student learning.
• Utilized natural language processing to increase efficiency in the reviewing of associate and customer surveys. • Created a program to derive more useful and applicable answers from surveying to improve data reporting accuracy.
• Coordinated the Dallas chapter's weekly tennis sessions and managed over 300 active volunteers. • Recruited and trained volunteers to help prepare them to coach students on the Autism spectrum. • Designed a teaching framework and led courts in instruction, along with working one-on-one with students. • Liaised with businesses to negotiate sponsorship contracts and donations to raise funding. • Created an informational website for new and existing chapters in different cities to utilize for educational purposes.
