Relocation and sabbatical
- conducting customer and business process analysis - translating business needs into requirements and user stories, providing acceptance criteria and test cases' description - managing the product backlog - driving cross-functional collaboration and communication including engineering, QA, marketing and customer facing teams - key product metrics definition and tracking - supporting and coaching the team during transition to the scrum approach
-running a team of 3 employees, responsible for customer and warranty service -developing, improving and implementing business processes - project management from the business side: "as is -> to be" description, translating business needs into requirements, taking part in solution development, acceptance testing - cross-functional collaboration on different levels
-developing and constantly improving all customer service related workflows -compiling instructions for a call-center -creating most of service procedures for points of sales, service centers, etc. - negotiating with service-partners - cross-functional collaboration on different levels - warranty support and equipment accounting
-providing the launch of the web user-interface, developed specially for the product (corporate credit cards) -communicating with the developers- and support teams (located in India) -performing test scenarios, conducting UAT and PVT -reporting about issues -collecting requirements for developers.
