For 10 years, I managed an HR consulting company that was among the top 5 in Russia in the field of IT executive recruitment. I worked for 9 years as a senior lecturer in the IT MBA program at HSE Business School, where I created four courses on leadership, human resource management and team management. Currently, I use my own methodology for developing emotional intelligence in leaders who want to become more successful in business and enjoy life to its fullest.
