• managing full cycle of HR administration processes; • maintaining employee records; • preparing and processing of all types of documents related to employee relations (employment/transfers/dismissal) in accordance with Labour legislation and internal policies of EDB; • preparing monthly timesheets; • providing advice and guidance to managers on applicable labour laws and regulations, and internal HR policies, rules and regulations; • participating in planning and budgeting of HR department; • participating in audit of HR department; • timely tracking of changes in Labour legislation; • updating HR policies.
Creating orders for job hire, transfers, vacation, leave, dismissal of employees (permanent and/or temporary). Registering labour books, keeping necessary records. Maintaining HR database. Creating and managing personnel files. Maintaining all HR registers (orders, employment agreements, sick leave, vacation leave). Preparing timesheets. Maintaining recruitment processes. Conducting interviews for all available employment positions. Posting positions to appropriate Internet sources. Conducting regular follow-ups with management. Preparing job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications. Preparing reports for recruitment and turnover processes. Explaining provisions and regulations of RK Labour legislation to the employees when necessary.
Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with management. Planning and designing overall training plans. Organizing and coordinating internal and external training. Preparing training contracts for employees. Participating in the conducting of performance appraisals. Preparing training and developing companies' database. Preparing annual budget for training and development process. Developing and maintaining recruitment process. Conducting interviews for all available employment positions. Posting positions to appropriate Internet sources. Checking references of potential candidates from previous places of employment. Conducting regular follow-up with management. Preparing job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications. Establishing business relations and maintaining contacts with recruitment agencies. Preparing annual budget for recruitment process. Monitoring and maintaining a cost-effective recruitment process. Preparing reports for recruitment process. Preparing, implementing and controlling the execution of documents related to training and development and recruitment processes. Developing, implementing and upgrading induction programme.
