With over a fifteen years of hands-on development, technical leadership and consulting experience for large and small companies, I specialize in Web front-end. In the last few years I’ve enjoyed leading front-end teams and ramping up development speed while improving and cultivating high coding standards - in legacy, as well as greenfield projects. When guiding and mentoring team members, I teach the right approach and mindset to have when facing organizational, as well as technical challenges. I help people challenge decisions, ask questions, assess and balance limits, constraints and trade-offs of different approaches. I am friendly, approachable, engaging and criticize constructively. I choose languages, frameworks, tooling and actively review code, while enforcing strict quality standards during development (and CI/CD).
