Accomplished 8D reports to find out the root cause for defects observed. Capable of resolving customers' complaints on product defects, investigating the reasons and suggesting possible solutions to minimise repeated defects. Competent to analyse the root cause of issues encountered in the manufacturing process to reduce scrap. In addition, troubleshooting process when production encounter problems in the process of plating.
