Senior reward lead for a pan-EMEA tenant business line (30 countries) and Northern Europe country specialist. Working with global Reward, local HR teams and business leaders to establish and create reward solutions to support the business and people agenda.
Brakes Group has been owned by Sysco Corporation, US parent, since July 2016. The Sysco Foodservices Operations Europe team has been in position since the end of 2017 and is responsible for the Brakes Group portfolio of companies across Europe and Pallas Foods in Ireland.

Set up and management of France and Germany benefits and payroll. Benefits project work for Dubai and Switzerland. Creation of a new Global Mobility function to report to this role.
