Elected to review student wellbeing on campus and its surrounding areas, looking into campaign effectiveness and seeing where it can be improved.
Discussed and scrutinised the operations of the SU and its food and drink outlets, ensuring student wellbeing is prioritised in decision-making.
I have written articles for print editions and blog entries to LEFT Magazine on a range of topics, covering both news and culture pieces either in response to a given prompt or by pitching my own ideas.
Worked to create engaging posts that ensure all society events were well promoted on our social media platforms, as well as designing stickers and flyers to be handed out to students.
Planned and hosted inclusive and accessible social events for the society’s members. Liaised with venue managers and worked with other members of the executive committee to ensure a smooth running of events.
Worked part-time while studying for my A-Levels, and continue working as a returning seasonal temp during university holidays. During my time at the Partnership, I was involved in the setting up and running of the branch TikTok account.
