That’s why I work with organisations to deliver engaging Lunch and Learn sessions, giving teams practical tips they can use immediately to reduce discomfort, improve posture and better understand their spinal health. Alongside delivering Lunch and Learns, I build partnerships with organisations, attend networking events, create engaging social media content and help spread awareness of the benefits of proactive chiropractic care. Alongside my role at Bury Chiropractic, I continue to work in employee engagement through Anthem Engagement.
