As Head of Sustainability at Victory Hill, I lead the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability investment strategy, ensuring alignment with our impact objectives and the integration of ESG principles across the global energy portfolio of our managed fund, ENRG. I oversee sustainability due diligence for all investments, ensuring they meet our standards and contribute to long-term value. My role includes managing compliance with regulatory and investor reporting frameworks. I collaborate closely with our operating partners to drive continuous improvement and deliver sustainability outcomes through our investments. I bring extensive experience in corporate responsibility, ESG, and sustainability across the oil & gas, energy, aerospace & defence, and financial sectors.
