I’m a senior editorial leader who builds and scales high-performing editorial teams and service journalism content across digital, print and social platforms. I’m known for building collaborative editorial teams that deliver informative content and drive traffic, engagement and conversions. I led the Lifestyle vertical at The Knot Worldwide, a five-person editorial team that generated 35 million annual sessions and $800,000 in affiliate revenue. I owned editorial workflows and priorities for a high-volume vertical producing more than 70 monthly articles, edited and wrote print and digital stories, and collaborated closely with audience development, social and communications teams to optimize performance across platforms. I also pitched, scripted and appeared in social video content that reached more than 3.5 million views on TikTok and Instagram. Previously, I managed the Employer Resources vertical at Monster, where I led a three-person editorial team producing search-optimized career, job search, hiring and leadership content that drove millions of monthly visits. I used performance data to inform editorial strategy and priorities while continuing to write and edit at scale. Earlier, I worked as a reporter at Forbes, where I reported and fact-checked major lists, including The Forbes 400, 30 Under 30, 50 Over 50 and The World's 100 Most Powerful Women. I wrote timely news and business articles through a gender lens, reporting on power, policy and workplace dynamics. I also profiled thought leaders, including Kendra Scott, Kristen Bell, Dana Bash, Reshma Saujani and Sallie Krawcheck. In addition to my full-time roles, I’ve written for Fortune, Time, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Glamour, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Allure, Teen Vogue, Women’s Health and other national outlets. I specialize in career, money, wellness and relationships coverage—topics explored in my book, What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College (Simon & Schuster, 2020). I earned a Master of Science in journalism from Columbia University and live in Manhattan.
