With over ten years of experience in education, I am a passionate and innovative Assistant Principal at Eden Girls Leadership Academy, a secondary school for girls that aims to inspire and empower future leaders. I am in charge of teaching and learning, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered effectively and that the students achieve their academic potential. I am also committed to promoting physical and mental well-being, diversity, and inclusion through sports coaching and volunteering. As an Assistant Principal, I have contributed to the school's outstanding GCSE results in 2022, with a Progress 8 score of 1.66, which reflects the exceptional progress that the students have made. I have also supported the professional development of the staff, implemented effective assessment and feedback strategies, and fostered a positive and collaborative learning environment.
