With over a decade of experience in technical recruitment, I currently lead the R&D Talent Acquisition team for Atlassian in the APAC region. My role encompasses overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical crafts, including engineering, AI, data, infrastructure, product, design, and operations. I partner strategically with regional and global R&D leaders to scale leadership layers below the executive level and drive hiring initiatives that align with company objectives. Leading the R&D Talent Acquisition team for the APAC region (ANZ, Singapore, and Philippines). My team's remit encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle for all technical crafts, with a focus on scaling leadership layers below the executive level. I serve as the strategic TA partner for both Regional & Global R&D heads across the following areas & crafts: R&D Leadership Engineering & AI Data & Infrastructure Product & Design Operations (Including Technical Program Management) Expanded initial scope of leading a localised ANZ sourcing function to overseeing the end-to-end R&D hiring engine for the entire region, encompassing all technical crafts and leadership tiers.
