• Built and maintained full-stack training application using JavaScript Svelte (frontend) and Python FastAPI with MongoDB (backend) to deliver and track complex learning experiences with interactive course selection, exam handling, training progress management. • Integrated modern learning technology (LRS, SCORM, xAPI) through API calls to collect and analyze learner activity. • Analyzed hiring/training data using pivot tables/charts in Excel and Power BI
• Leveraged a perfect 45/45 IB score to provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for IB students in Higher Level Math and Theory of Knowledge. • Designed weekly lesson materials, created and graded assignments, and collaborated with students and parents to enhance understanding and performance.
