• Responsible for implementing and driving adoption of over 30 accounts, handling over 150 end-users (B2B) • Lead the product quality assurance efforts • Share customer feedback internally to Product, Training, and Sr. Management and work vigorously to apply it to the product • Research, design and lead the migration process to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to support the company’s growth needs
