I graduated in Management Information Systems and I’ve always been interested in how technology supports business growth. In my previous roles, I worked closely with customers, supported sales processes, and managed digital communication channels. I contributed to lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion tracking, gaining hands-on experience with CRM tools and understanding how data flows across different stages of the sales funnel. What excites me most is seeing how CRM platforms — particularly Salesforce — can simplify workflows, improve visibility across teams, and create better customer experiences. At Ladonna, i manage interactive sales processes with a strong focus on customer experience and relationship building. I conduct digital data research to identify potential clients, create target audience segments, and actively contribute to content planning for advertising strategies. By effectively utilizing Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone channels, I provide personalized consultations and guide prospects toward visiting our center. I meticulously report all customer interactions, tracking both conversions and non-conversions, and maintain a dynamic CRM database. My role goes beyond immediate sales—it’s about building sustainable customer engagement and designing strategic retargeting flows.
During a one-month voluntary training and work bootcamp, I held the position of “Leader of the Team Leaders, ” while also actively contributing to both the digital marketing and content creation teams. Throughout this period, I designed and implemented daily training programs for multiple teams, conducted competitor analyses, created ad creatives, and carried out KPI and OKR evaluations. I also led strategic planning sessions via Miro, ran small-scale ad experiments, and wrote SEO-friendly blog articles in both English and Turkish.
