Hello , I’m Ela Aksoy a high school student at METU DF driven by curiosity creativity and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world. As cofounder of Oilsorb I actively pursue innovative and sustainable solutions combining entrepreneurial thinking and a passion for social responsibility. Besides my business ventures I serve as a Goodwill Ambassador engaging with communities and promoting initiatives that create positive change. Growing in a multicultural environment I learned to embrace diverse perspectives turning differences into opportunities to learn and grow. I'm driven by challenges, inspired by collaboration and always looking for ways to contribute to projects that matter. It is my goal to continue to develop as a socially conscious leader, to connect with like-minded people and to leave a lasting impact wherever I go
During my summer internship, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, learning about company operations, recruitment processes, and conducting interviews. I also enhanced my English communication skills and developed a strong understanding of workplace professionalism and corporate culture.
