-Documentation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 10002, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001, 14064, 14046) for Istanbul Airport. -Monitoring and implementation of current national and international legal regulations (TSE, ISO, ICAO, IATA, SHGM, DHMİ,EASA,ACI etc.) -Monitoring purchasing processes with SAP. -Monitoring Quality Management System processes with QMS software. -Completing the required preparations prior to the certification audit, assisting the auditor during the audit, and implementing corrective or improvement actions to address any identified issues post-audit.
-Documentation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 10002, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001, 14064, 14046) for Istanbul Airport. -Monitoring and implementation of current national and international legal regulations (TSE, ISO, ICAO, IATA, SHGM, DHMİ,EASA,ACI etc.). -Internal audits for all process. -Corrective/improvement actions. -Department performance targets, -Supplier evaluation process, -Management Review (MR) meetings.
-Raw material input control (spectral analysis, sieve analysis, visual inspection etc.), Process Control (casting mold control, spectral analysis, hardness control after heat treatment etc.), Final Control (magnetic particle inspection, measurement inspection etc.) -Taking test samples, hardness measurement, impact testing, tensile testing. In addition, examining and reporting the microstructure of the samples under the microscope. -Determining and reporting the amount of casting waste that will occur during all controls. -Documenting the entire process in accordance with the Quality Management System. -Completion of the documentation for the transition from the 2008 to 2015 version of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. -Completing the required preparations prior to the certification audit, assisting the auditor during the audit, and implementing corrective/improvement activities to address any findings that may emerge after the audit. -Assigning and supervising tasks for the staff.
