I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, and an MBA from Ankara University. This interdisciplinary background equips me with the ability to merge engineering thinking, strategic management, and foresight approaches to tackle complex, future-oriented challenges. Currently, I work as a Technology Management Engineer at Turkish Aerospace, where I lead technology foresight initiatives, analyze emerging trends, and support innovation planning in the aerospace and defense sectors. One of my key roles is designing and facilitating futures thinking workshops, where I develop and implement tailored foresight methodologies to engage diverse expert groups across the organization. I also serve as a part-time lecturer at Eskişehir Technical University, where I teach courses on futures thinking and technology foresight. My core mission is to foster a forward-looking mindset within organizations, bridge the gap between industry and academia, and contribute to building sustainable, resilient, and strategically aligned technologies for the future.

As part of a university-industry collaboration, I teach an elective course in the Industrial Engineering undergraduate program on “Futures Thinking & Technology Foresight”. The course curriculum was entirely designed by myself, drawing on my master’s studies in Management Engineering and my professional experience at Turkish Aerospace. The course approaches foresight from a technology foresight perspective, exploring how emerging technologies might shape the future. While covering fundamental concepts in the field, it also incorporates hands-on activities such as foresight workshops. The content includes foresight methodologies, trend analysis, technology foresight, futures scenario writing, and key functions of technology management. The course not only provides theoretical knowledge but also encourages students to enhance their creativity and collective perspective — equipping them with essential skills to imagine and shape possible futures.

• Managing projects involving students who come to Turkey from abroad to take part in voluntary projects and following the legal requirements during the arrival and stay of foreign students in Turkey • Searching for new institutions where students coming to Turkey from abroad for internship purposes will work and cooperating with these institutions by concluding an agreement • Coordinating the volunteer projects abroad with the Turkish students who are eligible for these projects and following the legal procedures for the students during the departure process • Taking the necessary steps to ensure that the experiences of Turkish students who have completed long-term internships abroad are recorded in the database and that the problems experienced by students are not repeated in future internships • Ensuring follow-up on relevant corrective actions as customer experience manager
