Preparation for attending buyer’s & suppliers meeting and understanding necessitate document of buyer’s/supplier requirement accurately. Able to do any kind of (knitted) costing, taking order with logical proper negotiation with buyer (with full description of breakdown). Charitable sample & bulk fabric requirement (gray & finish), accessories sourcing and arranging all necessary approval. Prepare of Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Cost sheet & Export L/C and Back –to –Back L/C follows up. Product development procedure of difference kind of fashion from raw stage to final approval from Buyer. Strong follow up of production (knitting, dyeing, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing, finishing, accessories stored, shipment etc). Prepare budget for proposed expenditures of fabrics, trims, CM, Print, Embroidery & requirement of each style accepted for manufacturing. Identify the root cause of problem & have maturity to sole any kind of dyeing, knitting, sewing, printing, embroidery, sequins & washing faults. Gathered knowledge about marker, consumption, costing, fabric parameters i.e shrinkage, color fastness, twisting and grain line & rubbing Test.
Working as a individually different buyer a/c like TOM TAILOR (Dept-Women, Boys, Girls), BERSHKA (MEN’S & LADIES), EL-CORTE INGLES (Dept. Easy Wear, Antea, Elogy, Southern Cotton, Hipercor, Sfera, Formula Joven, Free style), NEW LOOK, ZARA ETC. Able to do Fabric Programme, booking of any kinds of accessories local and foreign in website or documentary process, Marker, Consumption, Costing & mailing correspondence.
