- Leading the WIFI Program Management, SW/FW, QA , System & Customer Support teams responsible for delivering WIFI 6, WIFI 6E and new generations products - Managing multisite Organization spread around (US, India, TW, CH), Working with the different BU's on needs and definition of WIFI product - Working with the Silicon/HW teams on next Gen SoC's definitions - Responsible for the DevOps, Continuous Integration methodologies and core organization team
• Leading an engineering team responsible for delivering GW products for Teloc/Retail Business lines, including (SW, QA, DevOps teams) • Managing a team of 130 people, multi-site env (India, IL, US) • Program management: of matrix engineering teams delivering IP’s integrated into the GW product and alignment with multiple marketing & product teams.
• Leading the engineering team of the Retail Business line, including Program management, SW, QA, HW and System • Managing and Responsible for all Business Line customer support (teams in China, Taiwan, Israel, US)
• Responsible for Cable product roadmap definition , reporting to US GM • Defining MRD’s for SW & HW reference designs, working with Tier1 customers and leading service providers. • System, Business initiatives - Responsible for exploring and signing new agreement with third parties and partners (technical and business aspect)
