Learning sounds simple. Until you start asking how people actually learn. How knowledge is absorbed. What gets remembered. And why so much information never really turns into something useful. That curiosity has taken me across many learning worlds: product training, sales enablement, onboarding, leadership, and employee development. Sometimes I’m deep in the craft, designing courses, learning journeys, and content. Other times, I step back to think about systems, programs, and how learning fits into the bigger organizational picture. A big part of how I think about learning today goes through AI. I use GenAI daily to design learning experiences, create videos, visuals, and written content, and build bots and tools that help turn knowledge into practical, accessible assets. Not instead of good learning design, but alongside it. As a way to think differently about how learning is created, scaled, and experienced.
