Focused on Bermuda, Belize, and the Bahamas. -Developed new markets for domestically built dehumidifiers into China, New Zealand, Spain, France and Sweden. - Developed unique packaging designs for all models throughout Asia, Europe and New Zealand -Maintained inventory control on all country specific raw materials
Key areas of responsibility: - Management of 4 company operated warehouses 3 within Guelph 1, in Ottawa, Ohio and two outside 3 PL's warehouses within Canada - Successful fulfilment of Sears QR and JIT program throughout the Guelph warehouses.
