I am an in-house technical recruiting manager who oversees all technical hiring in EMEA and India regions. I manage and develop an international team of recruiters. If my team does our job well the hiring leaders we support can grow their teams by continuously adding the best talent out there to their cohorts to meet their technical objectives.

Technical Recruiter in recruitment agency specialising in Data Science. • 360 Recruitment cycle management: Business Development (canvass calls, email shots, lead qualification), Sourcing, Screening, Interview preparation, Negotiations, Closing. • Consulting hiring managers on recruitment market and interview process optimisation. • Volume recruitment for graduate roles and executive search for technical and senior roles. • Technical candidate sourcing in agency’s database, job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and Twitter. Project based internship with the purpose to systematically organize database in accordance to new GDPR and optimise search engine (SEO). • Doubled existent database engagement in less than 6 weeks. • Analysed and presented reports that were used to action database optimisation. • Used Excel and Boolean logic. Midway internship has transitioned into dual role that included sourcing for the roles in Data Science and undertaking recruitment training.
