My career began in international M&A and governance at Jones Day, then moved into large-scale operations and leadership at Amazon, before evolving into entrepreneurship. Along this path, my focus naturally shifted toward balance and resilience as essential foundations for sustainable performance — a perspective that led me to found Reset Paris and that continues to shape my work as a mentor supporting leaders in demanding professional environments.
Founded in New York City in 1974, the International Women’s Forum (IWF) is a global invitation-only organization of more than 8,500 women leaders in 37 countries on 6 continents. IWF is committed to advancing women's leadership and championing equality worldwide and locally. For more than three decades, IWF’s Leadership Fellows Program has played a defining role in accelerating women’s access to the C-suite and boardroom across all sectors. Designed for exceptional leaders typically 3–5 years from the most senior executive roles, the Program delivers rigorous, high-level development experiences tailored to the strategic, human, and governance challenges of top leadership. I serve as a mentor within the IWF Leadership Fellows Program, supporting high-potential women leaders as they prepare for executive and board-level responsibilities.

CEDEP, the first international executive education club, brings together people, values and ideas from around the world, to explore and change the way leaders think and act.
