About

My career began in international M&A and governance at Jones Day, then moved into large-scale operations and leadership at Amazon, before evolving into entrepreneurship. Along this path, my focus naturally shifted toward balance and resilience as essential foundations for sustainable performance — a perspective that led me to found Reset Paris and that continues to shape my work as a mentor supporting leaders in demanding professional environments.

IWF is committed to advancing women's leadership and championing equality worldwide and locally. For more than three decades, IWF’s Leadership Fellows Program has played a defining role in accelerating women’s access to the C-suite and boardroom across all sectors. Designed for exceptional leaders typically 3–5 years from the most senior executive roles, the Program delivers rigorous, high-level development experiences tailored to the strategic, human, and governance challenges of top leadership. I serve as a mentor within the IWF Leadership Fellows Program, supporting high-potential women leaders as they prepare for executive and board-level responsibilities.

    2019 - Present · 7 yrs 6 mos

Reset Paris was founded to address a structural gap in corporate health and wellbeing. In high-intensity professional environments — law, finance, consulting and large international organisations — performance expectations continue to rise, while traditional wellbeing models remain poorly adapted to the realities of senior leadership and high-pressure teams. Reset Paris is built on the conviction that health, resilience and sustainable performance are strategic matters, requiring the same level of rigour, discretion and bespoke execution as any core organisational function. • Positioning & Model Designed as a high-end, bespoke corporate health and wellbeing partner, delivering physical and mental health services directly within the workplace and aligned with demanding working rhythms and decision-making roles. Reset Paris brings the standards of excellence, discretion and bespoke execution traditionally reserved for elite individuals into the corporate environment. • Expert-Led Approach Built around exceptional human expertise. Clinicians, practitioners and specialists are carefully selected and vetted for technical excellence, discretion and their ability to operate in uncompromising environments alongside senior executives and leadership teams. • Bespoke, Relationship-Driven Delivery Operates through a high-touch model with a dedicated point of contact for each organisation. Programmes are designed case by case, aligned with organisational culture, constraints and priorities, and integrate seamlessly into complex professional contexts. • Holistic & Preventive Vision Of Health Combines mental health disciplines with physical practices, nutrition, sleep and complementary therapies. While prevention remains central, Reset Paris also delivers care-focused interventions, both in group settings and through individual support, tailored to organisations and the people within them.
