I am a Salesforce Developer with over 3.5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated external systems. With a background in Computer Engineering and consultancy experience across different industries, I focus on building practical, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions that solve real business problems. My work includes custom Salesforce development, Experience Cloud portals, automation processes, dashboards, integrations, donation and campaign platforms, user journeys, and business process improvements. My technical experience includes Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP integrations, Custom Metadata, validation logic, approval processes, and advanced platform configuration. I have also worked with Heroku-connected applications, Field Service Lightning use cases such as location-based check-ins and barcode scanning, third-party integrations and other external services. In my current role, I work closely with consultants, business teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver production-ready features.
