As the Chief Technology Officer at Decathlon Turkey, I actively lead the Digital Transformation roadmap, guiding project leaders in applying project management standards and ensuring DRP plans for all key applications and sites. I drive my team towards new trend technologies and coding languages, fostering an agile and cost-effective team structure to optimize country projects. Additionally, I manage the country's IT budget, advise the Country Leading team on technological trends, and lead negotiations for technological projects to improve service quality and reduce costs.
As a Country IT Leader, I have the responsibility of managing the local IT teams that serves Network, System, Infrastructure, Store/WH Opening Operations and Software Development. Those operations and services represent Level 1/2/3 support inside our structure. Also I manage and apply "Digital Transformation" projects of my company to be able to adapt new normal. I ensure that all strategical axis has been reached inside my perimeter and I update IT roadmap frequently according to market changes. Responsibilities; -Forecasting Country IT budget for licenses, new opening sites and new IT projects. -Investment planning for It innovation projects. -Be a part of generating IT and Digital Strategy of the company locally and globally. -Search the market for new technological needs and adapt company to "New Normal". -Guide Cyber Security and Devops team according to country norms and regulations. -Generate action plans and lead IT Security and Compliance Committee . -As a Referent "Project Manager" I guide/mange Global and local IT projects. Take role as a Sponsor or Facilitator inside the projects. -Global IT Negotiation Leader -Giving local "Fundamentals of Project Management" to headquarter employees and store management layer.
