I help businesses adopt technology in ways that are practical, secure, and aligned with measurable business outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of managed services, cybersecurity, compliance, service delivery, executive advisory, and applied AI. My current focus is helping organizations turn AI from abstract potential into usable operating models, secure workflows, governance frameworks, and customer-facing service offerings that improve productivity without sacrificing control, security, or accountability. What separates my AI work from traditional advisory is that I build the systems I recommend. Inside Exigent’s Forge platform, I author, tune, and operate production AI agents that support managed services operations, including project status reporting, sales pipeline analysis, customer-attention analytics, customer sentiment scanning, identity and access auditing, and operational reporting. I also design the instruction, governance, and evaluation layers those agents depend on, including organization-wide operating context, autonomous execution policy, structured-output standards, and LLM-as-judge evaluation criteria. That closed-loop discipline: author, govern, evaluate, and iterate, is what turns AI from a novelty into a dependable operating asset. Several of my AI agents and skills have gone through double-digit prompt and instruction iterations, reflecting a practical engineering process focused on reliability, repeatability, and operational fit. In parallel, I lead product and operating-model design for Exigent’s Strategic Account Management practice, including the SAM Workspace and SAM Operating Framework. This work brings together sales operations, technical advisory, account intelligence, roadmap planning, customer health, and AI-augmented service delivery into a more structured and scalable model for managing client relationships. My core areas of focus include AI strategy for SMB and mid-market organizations, AI-enabled managed services development, agentic workflow governance, cybersecurity and compliance automation, AI readiness and data architecture, LLM evaluation and calibration, secure AI adoption, and practical AI use cases that improve service delivery, decision-making, and business outcomes. I am cautious about the label “AI expert” because it is overused and increasingly vague... I am a strategic technology executive and applied AI practitioner who helps organizations adopt AI securely, practically, and responsibly, and who personally builds the systems, workflows, and governance models that make that adoption real.
Leads AI strategy and applied AI initiatives across managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and service delivery. Designs practical frameworks for secure AI adoption, including data governance, access control, AI readiness, user enablement, and risk management. Develops AI-assisted workflows and service models to improve advisory services, documentation, project scoping, compliance alignment, cybersecurity assessments, and internal operational efficiency. Builds applied AI systems for managed services operations, including production scheduled agents, durable AI skills, autonomous execution guardrails, structured-output workflows, and LLM-as-judge evaluation frameworks. Focused on converting MSP domain expertise into repeatable AI-assisted operating models that improve service delivery, reporting, governance, sales visibility, and customer strategy.
