Working in a variety of positions has improved my overall understanding of how the teamwork departments should flow in order to accomplish goals and improve as a company. Warehouse organization is a critical component of any supply chain business, along with my parts team we have spent years updating and improving our processes with the change of business. I like to promote a on environment for training and open dialog to set the foundation of learning, retention of personnel, and constant improvement of skills within the workplace. As with most work environments where you work with others the social culture is very important to creating a happy and productive team that are constantly seek to improve. I strive to always be improving and making myself better which comes from years of working in a variety of roles, experience levels, and always wanting to learn more.
