Process engineer with almost 14 years’ experience in various oil, gas and petrochemical projects for different phases from conceptual to operation. Skills: - Conceptual, Basic/FEED and detail engineering design for EPC projects - Well experienced in design of oil and gas refineries, olefin, utilities and off-site plants - Preparation and development of process drawings; PFD, P&ID, UFD and MFD - Good experience in selecting and designing shell & tube/air cooled exchangers - Preparation of design procedure for thermal design and hydraulic calculation of different types of reboilers - Pressure safety valve scenario definition and load calculation - Depressurizing/blow down valve load calculation by HYSYS and PROII - Flare network design and summary preparation - Simulation of several oil and gas refineries and olefin plants by HYSYS and PROII - Selection and sizing for different process equipment such as tanks, pressure vessels and fractionation towers - In-depth knowledge of tower internals and hydraulic calculation for tray and packed ones. - Pump and control valve hydraulic calculation - Good experience in HAZOP/HAZID and SILL study meeting as process representative - Pipeline hydraulic calculation for both steady state and transient conditions with OLGA - Good knowledge for producing/ reviewing and supervising of all documents in process deliverable list - In-depth knowledge of most international standards and procedures - Procurement service, Technical bid evaluation, vendor interface and document review and approval - Member of the technical support team for several proposals as process representative - Familiar with all engineering disciplines’ scope of work - Inter-disciplinary communication skills to fulfill the project requirements Software: Proficient in using HYSYS, ProΠ, Promax, HTRI, ASPEN PLUS, PIPESYS, ASPEN B-JACK, DREESER (PSV Sizing), Flarenet, Flaresim, OLGA, PVTSIM, Rosa (reverse osmosis), IXCALC (ion exchangers resin), Auto CAD, AVEVA, Office
