For example, while working with B2B customers at Itella, I recognized that unclear branding caused confusion and unnecessary costs. I proposed reintroducing the Posti brand to improve customer clarity and experience, while also reducing design, maintenance, and marketing expenses across websites, brochures, and vehicle wrapping. In first six months, I cleared a significant backlog and improved processes for lifecycle management and logistics of workstations and work tools. I also developed internal guidelines that enhanced customer experience by clarifying the use of service channels. My work involved versatile problem-solving across diverse environments and technologies, including servers, switches, workstations, laptops, mobile and rugged devices, lab equipment, AV systems, printers, networks, remote connections, operating systems, software, and licenses.
