Working in a agile/scrum team at the workplace services department; managing, securing, improving and providing last-line support for the digital workspaces used daily by +/- 20.000 employees. These workspaces are running Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS and Android. Managed the on premise acc/prod Windows Server environments with a variety of services such as SQL, RDP, WSUS, CA and IIS. My main focus was on the Windows and mobile device management using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (“SCCM”). Participated in a multidisciplinairy project team, migrating over 15.000 users and devices to “new” Microsoft cloud services such as Intune, Onedrive, Defender for Endpoint and Exchange Online.
From 2018 i have maintained the server based computing infrastructure; delivering virtual desktops and providing applications to ~500 users. This (VDI) infrastructure was running on VMware, Microsoft, Citrix (XenDesktop, Provisioning Services) and Ivanti/RES products (Workspace Control). Starting in 2019 I have built the future workspace based on Windows 10, System Center Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Office/Microsoft 365 products. Migration of all users to this new workspace has been finished in 2020. In 2021 we have enrolled ~300 Android devices in Microsoft Intune and started migrating all telephony services from traditional PBX/VOIP to Microsoft Teams and Anywhere365.
As part of the "CMO" Infrastructure team, I maintained the virtualization, server based computing, e-mail, storage and server infrastructure for ~700 users.
