Consolidated ownership of existing primary care assets and integrated multiple management teams under new leadership. Oversaw growth of the clinic footprint through organic and inorganic means, demonstrating operational scale-up capability.
Transitioned from Temasek to take on a senior leadership role in Sheares Healthcare, a healthcare holding company. Led the development of a new healthcare business in Singapore, including acquisitions in primary care, home care, mental health, and digital health services.
Building new business platforms and working with portfolio companies to create value through strategy development, M&A/partnerships, and performance improvement. Led acquisitions for Temasek’s newly established regional healthcare platforms in India and China. Led, as part of a consortium, the take-private of a branded Traditional Chinese Medicine company across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Developed the merger plan to consolidate Singapore’s largest venue operator with events businesses as part of a media carve-out strategy.
