Work closely with Senior Executive team - CEO, CFO and General Managers. Represent CFO in his absence. Strong experience in both management and financial reporting. Statutory accounts reporting, Internal and External Audit, IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley, Transfer Pricing, Financial Analysis and Business Case evaluations. Work with bot internal and external auditor, strong understanding in accounting standards. Experience in US GAAP and Australian Accounting standards. Cross culture working in American, German and Australian corporate entities. Worked in regional role supporting multinational business across countries like New Zealand, Singapore, UK and China.
