In a successful project, we achieve more than the goal by quickly build a good relationship. I provide both amazement and tight control. Eyes on the price! I have extensive experience in both commercial and public sector and like to combine this in the Netsuite ERP business. As a person I like to help people. I do this towards customers, but certainly also towards colleagues. My strength is giving solicited and unsolicited advice, because I think it is important that we do everything as well as possible. Not half or a little, but persevering for a result to be proud of! This is also how I ran my first marathon at age 25. Project Manager at Swap Support, working on various projects with different implementation teams. With my project experience and structure, I help Swap support colleagues focus on the content in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related projects.
As a Workload Controller, I gave support to Swap Supports primary process/operational process. I enabled the organization to meet its SLA goals by monitoring resolution and response time of incidents and escalating if the agreements set out in the SLA are exceeded. I ensured the systems that record the administration of workload and available resources are functioning properly.
